At A Walk in the Woods, every candle is thoughtfully crafted to create a consistent, high-quality experience from the moment it arrives to the final burn. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to product integrity, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchases once an order has been placed and processed.
Why All Sales Are Final
Our candles are personal-use products that cannot be resold once they have left our care. To ensure every customer receives a product that meets our standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety, we are unable to accept returned items under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not accept returns, your experience still matters.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and make it right where appropriate.
