How long do your candles burn?
Our candles are designed for a clean, even burn that allows you to fully experience each fragrance. Burn time varies by size, with our 10oz candles typically lasting 40–50 hours and our 16oz candles offering approximately 70–80 hours when burned as directed.

How should I care for my candle?
For the best experience, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn. Keep the wick trimmed to about 1/4 inch before lighting, and avoid burning for extended periods beyond recommended times to preserve the integrity of the candle.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days so we can review and resolve the issue.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed promptly and typically ship within a few business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Can I send a candle as a gift?
